Great stuff. The place is backed by some serious money and Shepard is a smart man who is passionate about this revival. I have never skied there, but hope to soon. Unfortunately, Covid has thrown a wrench into their re opening, and I technically can't even go up there, maybe for the whole season. Maybe next year I'll do a long road trip to the three big Maine mountains (I skied Sugarloaf for the first time the season before last and loved it). 6500 acres is a very big property to own and develop. I wish them luck.
Please include a question about uphill policies and plans when interviewing managers, since it's a new and growing market I'm pretty sure many are having to address.
